The Job:

We want our customers to enjoy their holidays with peace of mind, knowing we’ve done everything possible to keep them safe. We are recruiting for a Senior Customer Safety Manager, who will own, develop and deliver our partners safety strategy and proposition.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Safety & Wellbeing, as our Senior Customer Safety Manager, you’ll be working strategically with partners and internal teams to make sure safety standards are met and risks are properly managed.

You’ll lead on our due diligence programme delivery leveraging the technology and data systems invested in to support risk based management of all products and services within our holidays programme

You’ll collaborate and align with our organisational and commercial goals and work closely with Senior Managers across the business to ensure that our safety proposition is embedded, effective and auditable throughout our end to end process.

You’ll manage teams that service Hotels, Contracts (Products and Services) and Standards and Intelligence that will have laser focus on ensuring the safety and security of our holiday touch points. 

As a Senior Manager you will support inform, participate and challenge our risk management programme and prepare reports as required to our Governance Forums.

How you will do it:

You have experience of international supplier safety, risk management, and compliance, backed by recognised qualifications. 

You’ll be an effective communicator who can engage and influence senior stakeholders, making safety a top priority across the business. You can confidently challenge where needed while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring they meet contractual safety obligations, and you’ll have the ability to manage, lead, and support a team of safety experts, ensuring everyone is aligned on safety goals.

Ideally you’ll have operational experience from the airline, tour operator, or a related industry, giving you a solid understanding of the challenges and risks involved, and the relevant regulations to make informed decisions.

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
