Operator performing recurring testing operations on a variety of analog circuits, digital circuits, cables, and higher-level assemblies. Follows established test procedures while utilizing automated and manual test equipment to determine if the unit under test conforms to performance standards. Interprets test results and accepts or rejects the unit under test as applicable. Conducts first level troubleshooting of rejected assets and submits rework recommendations. Assists Test Engineering personnel in conducting in depth failure investigations and maintaining test equipment.

Some test areas may require repetitive lifting of items as heavy as 25 pounds.

Multiple shifts are available.

Basic Qualifications:
Ability to set up and operate equipment and special tools as necessary to , align, adjust, evaluate and verify conformance of electrical, electronic, electro-, electro-optical products to engineering specifications and other criteria.

Some test areas may require repetitive lifting of items as heavy as 25 pounds, must be able to perform lifting tasks.

Must be able to work in an ISO 14644-1 Class 7 cleanroom environment as needed.

Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
Two year degree in electronics, or one year technical schooling in electronics and one year experience, or two years military service with electronic schooling and applied experience.

Strong interpersonal communication and teaming skills.

Critical thinking and problem solving.

Familiarity with automated and manual equipment.

Must be able to obtain a Secret Security clearance.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
