Support the sales function in the [fill in the Connected Buildings software organization by developing accurate, timely and professional estimates. Youwill analyze the sales estimates to the customer requirements and provideguidance on factors to be used for competitive estimating. You will provideaccurate and timely estimates which include scope, material, and labor effortby skilled discipline. You will develop cost effective estimates and identifyexplicit proposal inclusions to be prepared within required timelines. You willseek new and creative solutions for addressing customer needs.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelors Degree, preferably in IT related field, orequivalent work experience
At least 3 years in bid development/management in atechnology field, ideally software or services based
Ability and Willingness to travel up to 50, as needed
