The objective of the Information Management Organization (IMO) is to support the business concerned in achieving its objectives through continuous innovation, optimization of processes, organization and information provision and monitoring the continuity thereof. The IMO acts as an integrator between the E&M business and the external and internal IT suppliers. It allows our data-driven businesses to make better decisions and achieve their goals.
You will be part of this continuous improvement and will play an important role.
As a Functional Application Manager (FAM), you will be responsible for the functional maintenance of our current IT applications. This includes planning, development, testing, deployment, maintenance and retiring of these systems and its modules.
You will solve incidents and perform changes, all in close cooperation with the rest of the team, as well as colleagues from other departments. You will actively participate in the implementation (and phase-out) of systems or services and will act as an internal consultant on user requirements and translation of these into solutions.

You will work within the IMO department as part of the Airframe team. This team is responsible for supporting the processes, organization and information provision required for planning aircraft maintenance and all MRO activities (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations). All this takes place at Schiphol East in Building 404.
We are looking for a FAM who can work efficiently and gain knowledge one of the major systems within IMO Airframe. You are eager to master every functional aspect of the systems that you manage, and you are pro-active enough to initiate and facilitate continuous improvement of processes. You have no problems coordinating changes, solving incidents, and help fixing bugs.
For this position, its important to have a strong analytical, advisory and reporting skills. You have a passion for order and structure.
