Key Responsibilities:

Senior Manager - Master Data and Asset Verification leads teams responsible for spare part inventory accuracy, part creation and updates in the Stores Catalog, and PMA/OOPP opportunities to support supply chain and maintenance strategic/operational priorities. This role leads initiatives to improve process flows and automation in relevant areas. Collaborates with Supply Chain and Maintenance partners, including inventory planning, forecasting, vendor management, components/engines shops, warehousing, logistics, engineering and finance functions. Also supports supply chain critical initiatives to improve cost, efficiency and/or service levels.

  • Manages team performance and execution of part creation, updates and deletion in the Stores Catalog
  • Responsible for part inventory data and system accuracy
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to resolve Stores Catalog and asset verification issues
  • Works closely with operational leaders to limit operational impact associated with the changes
  • Partners with Engineering and Supply Chain groups to identify PMA/OOPP opportunities to support supply chain and maintenance needs
  • Identifies and implements process improvements in Master Data, Asset Verification and PMA process flows
  • Supports supply chain initiatives to improve cost, efficiency and/or service levels
  • Manages and mentors team to develop in their roles and skills
Qualifications

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
  • Bachelors degree in a quantitative field such as math, statistics, engineering or relevant field
  • At least five years of experience in an analytics or process improvement-oriented role in supply chain, aviation, manufacturing, or related industry
  • At least three years of leadership experience
  • Understanding of supply chain operations, planning and management
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Collaboration experience with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with executive level presentations
  • Understanding of the process involved with part number set up, including internal data systems
  • Experience with data mining, querying tools and techniques
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Palantir Foundry, MS-Power BI or equivalent)
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
  • Up to 50 travel
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Masters degree in a quantitative field such as industrial engineering, statistics and/or MBA
  • Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification
  • Experience in industrial engineering or related field involving solving complex business problems
  • At least three years of airline experience
  • At least three years of supply chain experience
  • Strong background in one or more supply chain functions
  • Project management experience
  • Operations transformation experience
  • Experience with statistical analysis
  • Experience with SCEPTRE, Filemaker Pro
  • Familiarity with maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) functions
