You will be responsible for the entire offer management process, from handling customer inquiries & tender documents to preparing proposals and presentations.

The role focuses on gathering & analyzing spanet intelligence to support management decisions & identifying sales leads for distribution.

You will play a key role in developing & implementing spaneting strategies to enhance brand awareness, managing spaneting campaigns in collaboration with product management and sales teams & organizing trade shows

The successful candidate will be able to collaborate with a cross-functional team of sales, commercial & technical experts to deliver high-quality proposals. You will also oversee all aspects of corporate design to maintain brand consistency & visibility across platforms.

  • Collect and analyse spanet intelligence to support management decisions
  • Identify high quality sales leads and distribute to the regional sales teams
  • Marketing strategies development & implementation
  • Process owner for the overall "Offer Management" process
  • Manage all aspects of corporate design

    • Completed university degree, ideally in Business Administration or knowledge from training or professional experience
    • Minimum of 5 years of Sales & Marketing experience
    • Confident and professional appearance, persuasive and assertive
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to proficiently collaborate effectively both across departments and external stakeholders
    • Results-oriented, strategic, and cross-company thinking and action
    • Fluent written and spoken English skills, German language skills are an advantage
    • Able to work under pressure; willingness to travel
