Job Summary
The Senior Manager Financial Consolidations will be responsible for the direct management of several aspects of the monthly consolidation and reporting process.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the direct management of a moderately large/complex financial consolidation and reporting function.
- May work with external consultants or auditors to provide required information.
- Responsible for the development, modification and review of financial reporting processes , reporting methods and controls.
- Ensure accuracy of data/analysis produced.
- Responsible for the employment, training, motivation and discipline of direct reports (may include support and/or professional staff members)
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting with 7+ years of experience
- CPA or MBA preferred.
- A minimum of three years of leadership experience or an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities (or equivalent related education and experience
- Experience with multi unit consolidation process a plus
- Ability to identify potential reporting variations and review for accuracy.
- Prepare and file financial statements to regulators and financial executives of parent company.
- Perform financial analyses and generate reports and recommendations for management review.
