As a Senior Product Manager, you will leverage your knowledge of Artificial Intelligence to focus on building solutions that add value our customers and solve business problems. As an industry subject matter expert, you will be relied upon to suggest how AI can be applied across our product portfolio to improve operations. You will also work with customers and internal teams to find the best approach to sell, implement, and position our products!

Key Responsibilities:
     • Strategic AI Application: Leverage your proficiency in AI and supportive technologies to identify opportunities for incorporating AI solutions into our product offerings. Act as a thought leader, providing insights on how AI can be strategically applied to solve business problems and deliver enhanced value to our end customers.
     • Product Development: Collaborate with development teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute new releases, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge AI capabilities into our products. Work closely with customer-facing groups to gather feedback and incorporate insights into the development process, resulting in improved product features.
     • Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI technologies, serving as a subject matter expert within the organization. Provide guidance on emerging technologies and their potential impact on our product roadmap, ensuring our offerings remain at the forefront of innovation.
     • Customer Collaboration: Engage with customers to understand their unique needs and challenges, working collaboratively with internal teams to tailor AI solutions that align with customer requirements. Drive initiatives to enhance the customer experience, offering support in the implementation and positioning of our AI-powered products.
     • Sales Support: Partner with sales teams to develop effective strategies for promoting and selling AI-driven products. Assist in crafting compelling narratives and value propositions to showcase the benefits of our AI solutions to potential clients.

Must Haves:
     • 3+ years of experience in Product Management
     • 2+ years working with AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and Generative AI
     • 3+ years of Implementation experience with B2B software or enterprise

We Value:
     • Experience in quality and regulatory best practices and standards
