Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist – Program Planner to support the USAF E7 Team in Tukwila, WA.
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Planner to oversee, develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain integrated plans and schedules for complex projects and programs. The ideal candidate will support new business campaigns and create high-level flows and deliverable workbook requirements, ensuring execution in accordance with project management industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of integrated plans and schedules for complex projects and change-driven activities.
- Conduct high-level studies and analyses (trend, variance, impact) to determine project scope and report on planning requests.
- Identify risks and opportunities, develop mitigation plans, and refine business cases.
- Develop and execute processes and strategies for the integration of plans and schedules.
- Consult and recommend best practices in integrated planning, scheduling, change management, and baseline management to management.
- Serve as the primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
- Authorize resource commitments by obtaining necessary approvals from stakeholders.
- Oversee the deployment of approved recommendations at Division, Business Unit, and/or Enterprise levels.

- Scheduling Tools, Process & Methods: Understanding of scheduling methodologies and tools used in the industry.
This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5 years of project management experience
- Experience in using Integrated Scheduling tools such as Open Plan Professional, Primavera, etc.
- Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- A Bachelor’s Degree or higher

Summary pay range for $141,950 - $192,050
