We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of Collins Aerospace Connected Aviation solutions products in the Hong Kong and Macau regions. Your primary focus will be on generating new business, building strong relationships with assigned clients, and achieving sales targets.
To be successful in this position, the sales manager should have a Courage over Comfort mindset and must be courageous, resilient, and adaptable. The candidate should be able to engage in proactive prospecting, embrace challenges, and push boundaries to achieve greater success.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for sales of Corporate Solutions cross designated region. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets in the region. Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities within the aviation industry, including airlines, Ground Handlers, aviation authorities, and related organizations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers within target organizations. Support spanet research and analysis to identify spanet trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and use the insights to develop effective sales strategies. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our products. Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and clients. Collaborate with internal teams, including business unit, contract/legal, spaneting and customer support, to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction. Monitor and report on sales performance against targets, providing regular updates to the sales leader. Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and competitive landscape, and share relevant insights with the team.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, IT or a related field. Proven track record of at least 5 years in successful B2B sales, preferably in the airline industry or related technology sector. Knowledge of the airline industry, including communication, network, digital solutions, etc. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, both verbal and written. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to travel within the region as required.
