Responsibilities
Facilitate the daily tasks of an R&D development team.
Coordinate and lead agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
Manage cross-site (Hungary, Germany) and cross-entity (CAE, universities, subcontractors) collaborations.
Identify and remove any impediments or roadblocks that may impact the teams progress.
Assist in defining and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Mentor and coach team members on agile principles and practices.
Keep track of project metrics, report on sprint progress, and provide actionable measurements.
Provide regular updates to management.
Competencies
Proficiency in SAFe and Scrum methodologies.
Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Ability to report on sprint progress and provide actionable measurements.
Nice to Have
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster).
Bachelors or masters degree in a related field.
Experience in software engineering.
Proficiency in German.
Experience with subcontractor management.
