ServiceNow PPM Senior Project Manager job in Hanover, Maryland is available with Moseley Technical Services Top Government Services company. In this job you will develop, maintain and track project plans using ServiceNow PPM and MS Project, facilitating strategic planning sessions, ensuring alignment with agency goals, providing guidance and oversight to junior team members, interfacing with Government PMs, translating stakeholder needs into actionable plans, and creating high-quality deliverables such as POAMs, risk registers, change requests, and status reports.
Key Skills:
- ServiceNow PPM expertise
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow PPM module
- Experience with Demand, Project, Resource, and Time Card Management
- Customization using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions
- Flow Designer and Workflow Editor proficiency
- GlideScript/JavaScript development
- Integration experience (Jira, SAP, MS Project, REST/SOAP APIs)
- Configuration of Performance Analytics & Dashboards
- Familiarity with CMDB and its impact on PPM
- Agile/Waterfall proficiency
- Stakeholder engagement
- Strategic planning

Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizen with active U.S. Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance.
- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years’ support for operational management
- SME Operational knowledge of ServiceNow Project Portfolio Manager module
- Functional knowledge of the DCSA or equivalent DOD Adjudication and Vetting processes pertaining to personnel security clearances
