Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Senior Supplier Management and Procurement Analyst (Level 4) to join the Raw Material Aggregation Strategy (RMAS) team in Charleston, South Carolina; North Charleston, South Carolina; Renton, Washington; Everett, Washington or Kent, Washington.

The Boeing Company is currently seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated person with strong background in Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP) to join our team and support our system automation. The analyst will be responsible for the RMAS pricing maintenance for purchasing and resale; and new system automation development requiring requirement gathering, coding, testing and implementation across all workstreams. They will maintain documentation of all automation processes. They will provide post implementation support. They will working with cross functional teams to problem solve--providing solutions, and providing ongoing support to ensure the smooth operation of our pricing and purchasing systems.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.

  • Develops and maintains standard supplier contractual terms, conditions and special clauses and agreements.

  • Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators.

  • Communicates strategic initiatives, projects, or procurement activities.

  • Leads cross-functional process management activities.

  • Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action.

  • Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs.

This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):  

  • 5+ years of experience with supply chain management or materials management  

  • 5+ years of experience with supply chain forecasting  

  • 5+ years of experience interpreting Bill of Materials  

  • 5+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications and Product) 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word  

  • 3+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management  

  • 3+ years of experience with eTRAC system (or equivalent shortage tracking system)  

  • 3+ years of experience with CMES system (or equivalent non-conformance management system)  

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher 

Typical Education/ Experience:

Typically, 10 or more years of related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range - Washington:  $98,600 - $133,400

Summary pay range - South Carolina: $91,800 - $124,200
