Boeing Defense, Space, and Security is seeking Senior Supply Base Management Specialist to join our Proprietary Supply Chain team in Berkeley or Hazelwood, MO!

Position Responsibilities:
- The candidate must possess strong business acumen, communication and problem solving skills.
- Proactive engagement with various disciplines and program stakeholders is required.
- Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
- Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities.
- Collaboration with other internal teams to gain process efficiencies and meet the needs of our internal and external customer’s requirements.
- Leads supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations
- Manages and monitors supplier quality, delivery and financial performance
- Leads the development of mitigations plans to avoid risk and resolve issues impacting customers and programs
- Develops and implements supplier base plans to support customer, program and commodity strategies
- Analyzes supplier and business processes and procedures to identify improvement opportunities and incorporate into contracting strategies
- Acts as primary point of contact for suppliers, customers and programs
- Travel expected to be less than 25
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years experience directly with Supplier Management
- 3+ years experience in a role that required Project Management skills
- 3+ years experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing subcontracted efforts and supplier performance throughout the life-cycle.

Up to 25 of the time

Summary pay range Senior: $102,850 – $127,050
