Senior Systems MBSE product owner (M/F)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior System MBSE Product Owner (F/M) for our Commercial Aircraft business to join our Systems MBSE methods and tools based in Toulouse, France.

Our mission as a team: Partnering the Commercial A/C systems community into the deployment of a Model-Based Systems Engineering approach with a tailored set of methods and tools capabilities.

Boosted by the ambition of DDMS, the Systems community has to face its transformation towards Model Based System Engineering (MBSE).

Your challenges :

As the Senior Systems MBSE Product Owner in the team, your mission will be to analyse the strategy and needs of the whole Systems community businesses to enable the solution development and deployment of these new MBSE capabilities.
 

Your main responsibilities in the project team will be:
     - To liaise with the Systems community as a referent for MBSE methodologies
     - To analyse and support the Systems community strategies in an Extended Enterprise
     - To define a consistent Process and Methodologies change roadmap for next years
     - To set and prioritize the needs of our Systems MBSE solutions
     - To lead the definition of the solutions together with the Information Management teams
     - To deploy these new MBSE capabilities to the Systems community
     - To be part and contribute to the SAFe project team organisation

You&39;ll also act as an ambassador of the MBSE in the Systems community to prepare the long term view of these capabilities.

The Systems community and the project team being transnational, some punctual travels can be necessary to fulfil the mission.

Your boarding pass :

     - At least 10 years of experience in using/deploying MBSE solutions (Simulink, SysML, CAMEO, CAPELLA, …)
     - Solid experience in Project Management (more specifically for Systems development/architecture would be appreciated)
     - Experience in Systems Engineering methodologies and processes
     - Experience practising Agile methodology (more specifically SAFe would be appreciated)
     - Any experience in managing change/transformation would be a plus
