The Global Services Growth Director will be working within the Honeywell Sensing & Safety Technologies business unit, specifically the Service Team focused on growing the business by selling comprehensive service solutions for our customer base.  The purpose of this position will be leading a team of Technical Solution Consultants and driving strategic growth in Services through new and developed programs.  The position will be located in Charlotte, NC.

You are invited to join a team of Honeywell professionals who are empowered and enabled by deploying the latest in gas sensing and safety solutions.  As a SST Services Growth Director you will be responsible for leading a team, enabling and providing solutions for comprehensive safety standards and solutions.  In this role, the successful candidate will be expected to be a high-energy, creative, and resourceful self-starter who demonstrates leadership skills and instincts. Successful candidate will have demonstrated results in large, complex, matrix organizations where they had to use influence skills to drive results. They will be strong integrative thinkers and can lead cross-functional teams to drive the organization to outstanding outcomes. The candidates must be able to balance theoretical thought with execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support driving and executing Honeywell SST Services Growth Strategies across customer segments of High-Tech Semiconductor, Industrial/Commercial Fixed Gas and Portables Markets
  • Lead and manage a team of service sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their success. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
  • Act as a people leader, with the opportunity to impact others in their development and create job opportunities for new generations. Provide mentorship and support to team members, helping them grow both personally and professionally.
  • Achieve/exceed the numerical metrics of your AOP for Revenue and Deal Wins while balancing the revenue and margin goals of the business.
  • Personally,lead engagement at top 10 strategic / growth accounts to deliver an increase inShare of Wallet and a C-Suite level strategy.
  • Assessand understand customers Safety vision and challenges and align them withHoneywells best practices and standards for safety.
  • Workwith LOB GM to develop target list of engagements where we become a solutionpartner by leveraging new technologies to solve customer problems thatdifferentiate us from our competitors.
  • Providestrategic coaching direction in deal development and risk assessment using financialand business acumen
  • Workingjointly with the GM of your LOB, develop a Management Operating System (MOS)for you and your team to achieve the goals of the vertical.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 10+ Years ofRelevant Experience in Gas Detection, Aligning Service Program to optimizecustomer support needs and proven track record of growth results
  • Goodunderstanding of Global Service Management practices & procedures
  • Direct Leadershipenabling a team
  • Demonstratedability to develop and foster strong customer relationships
  • Proven trackrecord of growth in technical selling in services
  • Self-startercapable of managing multiple customers and engagements
  • Abilityto travel globally based on Business Prioritization (~50 Travel).

WEVALUE

  • BachelorsDegree in engineering or science
  • Experience in Interfacing with Customers, Engineering Procurement Construction Contractors (EPC) Consulting Engineering Company, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Interface, System Integration Experience
  • Experience in a Management and Solution Consulting Organization
  • Familiarity with industry regulatory requirements and future mandates
  • Ability to function in a multifunctional, collaborative Team environment
