Requirements
Preferably, you bring the following qualifications:
- Completed vocational training or a comparable qualification, ideally with A-levels and relevant further training
- At least 5 years of management experience, preferably in a related field
- Experience in the aviation industry or freight logistics
- Strong team leadership skills, with experience in coaching and motivating employees
- Excellent prioritization and decision-making abilities
- Results-driven, with cross-functional thinking and exceptional planning and organizational skills
- Assertive, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High flexibility, initiative, and efficient work style
- Willingness to work shifts
- Proficient in modern office communication tools and fluent in both German and English
