Simulator Technician Shift Leader
Join CAEu2019s new training centre in Athens as a Simulator Technician Shift Leader, working on the most advanced aircraft simulators in the world. Youu2019ll lead a team of Simulator Technicians as we deliver maintenance and modifications for some of the most advanced aircraft simulators in the world.
Youu2019ll lead a team carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance on A320, B737, and ATR 72-600 simulator systems, diagnosing issues and ensure a high level of availability for our customers.

The role we are offering you
- Leading a team of Simulation Technicians performing preventative and corrective maintenance on a range of simulators including A320, B737, and ATR 72-600
- Performing software modifications and subsequent tests, as well as assisting engineering team with design changes and software enhancements
- Ensuring maintenance activities are tracked consistently in our maintenance management system
- Providing oversight on the preparation of simulators for regulatory evaluations
- Supporting our customers directly to identify and resolve issues affecting availability
- Supporting logistics including parts received, repairs, and testing & validation
- Managing the learning and development of other Simulator Technicians and Apprentices
Our ideal candidate has:
- Direct experience with simulators and simulator systems (maintenance, fault finding, defect resolution)
- Experience in team leadership roles
- Degree qualification or equivalent level of training/ qualifications in relevant engineering field
