Description:This position requires close cooperation and oversight of F-35 Software Suppliers. You will monitor the suppliers software development activity, ensuring compliance with agreed upon software development processes. You will be an expert in the suppliers and program software development processes so they can monitor and identify non-compliance. You will be responsible for collection and analysis of agreed upon software metrics. You will constantly evaluate and suggest process improvements based on metrics and program requirements.

You will provide direction to the product teams through the individual team process leads, produce / analyze value, quality and speed metrics and work with the software development teams to implement corrections and improvements, and

Other responsibilities include:

- Interfacing with LM and Customer Program and Functional Management

- Support product increment planning with the team SPMs.

- Support internal and external process audits and evaluations and will insure corrective actions are implemented.

- Coordinate, produce and review software estimates with Software Architects, Software Leads and CAMs.

- Support release execution and verification, third party software assessments and defect reviews.
Basic Qualifications:
Software Development Experience (Full Life Cycle)
Software Estimation Experience
Experience working with supplier software intensive subsystems
Bachelors degree or above in a STEM discipline from an accredited college/university

Must be a US citizen. This position requires special access and a Secret clearance to be considered.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
