KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and oversee the strategic account management function, driving the development and execution of strategic account plans
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing innovative solutions
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions
• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through effective account management and contract negotiations
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the companys market presence and drive long-term business growth
You will travel up to 50 for this role
YOU MUST HAVE
- 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth in the pulp and paper, giga factory, film manufacturing and/or rubber manufacturing sector
WE VALUE
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Chemical Engineering
- Experience in Industrial Automation, IIoT, Distributed Control Systems, Cyber Security, and Operations Technology
- Experience in in the pulp and paper, Gigafactory, film manufacturing and/or rubber manufacturing sector
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
