As a Senior Account Managerat Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expandingthe customer base for Honeywell. Your responsibilities will include managingand leading a team of sales representatives, developing and executing salesstrategies, and building strong relationships with key customers. Yourexpertise in sales, leadership, and strategic thinking will directly impact thecompanys sales performance and overall business success.

You will report directly to our Senior Sales Manager and cover West Texas andNew Mexico on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company by effectively managing and leading ateam of sales representatives, driving revenue growth, and expanding thecustomer base. Your ability to build strong relationships with key customersand identify new business opportunities will position Honeywell as a leader inthe industry and drive the companys growth and market share.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    •   Develop and execute sales strategies todrive revenue growth and expand customer base
    •   Build and maintain strong relationships withkey customers, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meettheir requirements
    •   Collaborate with cross-functional teams toensure seamless customer onboarding, implementation, and support
    •   Analyze market trends and competitoractivities to identify new business opportunities

MUST HAVE:     •   5 years experience in direct selling
