THE POSITION
The Senior Director of global planning isresponsible leading activities related to the demand planning, productionplanning, inventory control, material planning, within Honeywell AM. Youwill have significant authority in Strategic Planning, work cross-functionallyto achieve organizational objectives and drive functional excellence andcontinuous improvement. You are a provenleader of senior leaders inspiring teams to deliver best in class results. Youare accountable for and lead multiple, highly complex global projects. Lead Planning strategy & vision and drive execution to enable businessvalue and productivity. Continuously improve planning processes to drive betterbusiness results. Ensure the SIOP/S&OP/IBPprocesses are delivering at world-class levels to maximize revenue, reducecosts & inventory, and achieve top tier delivery performance for ourcustomers.
KeyResponsibilities
- Lead team to meet metrics
- Develop and optimize planning processes
- Facilitate the Advanced Materials Executive SIOP/S&OP/IBP process
- Improve Honeywell Operating System maturity
- Oversee Health, Safety and Environment procedure
- Monitor demand, supply, and material requirement plans
- Ensure delivery of inventory targets, PFEP, and reduction of aged inventory
- Develop capability of your team
- Streamline work through digital transformation
You Must Have:
- Proven S&OP experience leading Supply Chain organizations to deliver delivery, cost, and inventory performance
- Global end to end planning for Supply, Demand, Production
WeValue:
- Bachelor Degree: Engineering, Supply Chain or related field
- Experience planning for Chemical and Continuous flow manufacturing
- Experience in broad managerial role leading multiple functions
