The Sr Finance Manager of Security Global FP&A will provide leadership to a team of commercial finance professionals to make finance decisions with one of Honeywells businesses. You will play a part and lead others in supporting the financial landscape, speed, quality, and cost efficiency through budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. You will play a role in managing financial performance and implementing finance strategies to achieve committed business performance. You will partner with Honeywell business leaders and support them to drive finance initiatives and decisions. You will also play a part in identifying trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings to the senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the GMs and business finance teams to drive profitable and predictable growth through sensitivity/variance analysis, margin optimization, customer profitability, and cost controls.
- Support Security M&A integration work
- Provide end-to-end financial support to security RD&E projects
- Facilitate operational execution through robust analytical support of & and participation in the businesses weekly/monthly/quarterly Management Operating System (MOS) process.
- Support the forecasting and reporting of all core FP&A processes including short-range outlooks, and formal forecasts.
- Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long Range Plan (LRP), and Monthly Business Review (MBR).
- Enhance reporting, forecasting, and planning processes through continuous improvement and partnerships.
- Assist in the preparation of senior management financial reviews, including preparation of presentation materials, consolidation templates, and other ad-hoc requests.
- Partner with the Working Capital team to ensure expanded ROI through efficient deployment of capital investments, working capital, and resources.
- Lead the adoption and refinement of forecasting models to improve forecast accuracy.
- Partner with the Global Finance Center (GFC) to standardize reporting & and improve speed of decision-making.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience
- Experience with Hyperion and SAP
- Experience and flexibility working with Global teams
