Job Description:

As a Sr HR Manager at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in developing and supporting our employees to help them perform at their best and drive change across the company. You will report within Honeywells U.S Regional HR Team and youll work out of our Dayton, OH & Groveport, OH locations.

In this role, you will impact the manufacturing supply chain sites by establishing HR strategies to meet the objectives of the business, driving and improving HR processes, and fostering a culture of performance, results, and positive employee relations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish HR strategies to meet objectives of the business.
  • Drive and improve HR processes across all client groups.
  • Own, monitor, and improve HR Metrics and KPIs.
  • Drive a culture of performance, results, and positive employee relations.
  • Coach leaders on talent management and performance differentiation.
  • Serve as the Talent Management focal for assigned client groups.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition COE to execute staffing processes at all levels within the business and develop staffing strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Management COE to deliver the MRR process and other talent management processes, organizational assessment and learning strategies, and leadership development for assigned client groups.
  • Partner with the Compensation and Benefits leader to implement competitive site compensation, and reward and recognition programs.
  • Partner with Communications to direct the planning and maintenance of site communications as required.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years progressive Human Resource Generalist experience
  • 2+ HR business partner skills in global matrix organizations

WE VALUE

  • Bachelors degree
  • Previous Site/Plant HR & Supply Chain HR Experience
  • HR Experience in large scale Hourly Manufacturing facilities
  • Strong data analytical skills and process orientation along with proficiency in MS Office software including solid experience working with Microsoft Excel (generating and interpreting pivot tables, graphs, and V-lookups)
  • Demonstration of ability to positively influence others, particularly leadership development and coaching
  • Strong business sense and acumen
  • Ability to deal tactfully and confidently with internal and external customers
  • Strong bias for action, a keen sense of urgency, and the ability to drive impactful results in a highly matrixed organization
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills and understanding of executive conciseness
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Masters degree or MBA in Human Resources
