SUMMARY Hands-on role overseeing the financial reporting of the TIMET Division in conjunction with Sr. Director Finance & Controller, including several legal entities, both domestic and foreign, via Oracle FCCS (cloud-based system). This is a high impact role in an energetic, fast-paced organization, requiring a strong GAAP background, ability to manage projects and critical thinking skills. The Sr. Manager, FPA will also be PBC & FDMEE/Data Management Administrator for TIMET, strong Oracle/HFM consolidations knowledge is preferred. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Directs the FP&A and plant teams with the consolidation and reporting of all budgets/forecasts as well as preparation and coordination of Division reporting timelines. This includes maintaining and coordinating a Division planning schedule with key stakeholders ensuring all key planning activities are completed before the Corporate due date.
- Manage all weekly, monthly, and quarterly internal reporting for TIMET, including preparation of bridges and analysis of results.
- Assist with month end SAP/FCCS close process, including consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, financial statement (balance sheet, income statement and cash flow) preparation and review. Ensure all Division and Corporate tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Coordinate completion of all Management Operating Review (MOR) packages for all locations globally, review for propriety and consistency of information throughout schedules, etc. and assist plants, as needed, in preparation for quarterly operations reviews by Corporate.
- Coordinate and maintain Battleplan reporting with the plants, assist with training and preparation before meeting.
- Provides direction with local Finance teams and assist Commercial with review of long-term sales agreements for financial reasonableness.
- Daily interaction with FP&A teams, including associated Oracle PBCS utilization (transfer of actual into planning module as well as upload into Segment and Corporate planning systems).
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial analysis for significant transactions, and major capital expenditure proposals.
- Ensure compliance with all PCC Corporate Policies and Procedures, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements. Provide leadership to strengthen internal control environment and maintain SOX section 404 compliance for the Division.
- Oversee and coordinate the accurate reporting and forecasting of cash from operations and operating working capital with the plants.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES - Participates in other Finance initiatives and projects and other duties as required.
- Assists Sr. Director Finance & Controller by working with plants to ensure continuity of processes and workflow, timely completion of close and reporting, particularly through staffing shortages.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- Hyperion HFM and/or Oracle Cloud and Smartview is preferred
- At least 10+ years&39; work experience in accounting and consolidating multiple legal entities, both domestic and foreign, at a corporate or division level is preferred
- SAP/SyteLine experience is preferred
- CPA and prior public accounting experience is a plus
- Experience coordinating with corporate tax is a plus
- Prior plant controller or Corporate experience is a plus

ADDITIONAL NOTES - This position will require travel to TIMET/PCC locations, both domestic and international. Travel is not expected to exceed 50 of the time.
