Description:What You Will Be Doing

The Component Repair Operations Sr. Manager is responsible for the management of US Government (USG) Depot integrated logistics support (ILS) elements and component repair across the F-35 and F-22 Programs. Qualified candidate is responsible for the technical performance of Component Repair Activations and Operations and performs all managerial functions. The successful candidate will conduct daily and strategic problem-solving to coordinate sustainment of USG component repairs.

Key Senior Leadership Responsibilities:
• USG Depot Commodity Repair Management in support of Supply Operations and Logistics (SO&L)
• Component activations at USG depots, ensuring successful transition of component repair workloads from development to production
• Planning and execution of component and air vehicle activation plans, including identification of resource requirements, development of training plans, and coordination with depot leadership
• Collaboration with USG depot leadership, program office, and other stakeholders to drive successful depot activation and operational performance
• Development and implementation of metrics to measure depot activation performance, including activation schedule, cost, and quality
• Management of Direct Sales Implementation Agreements (DSIA) with USG Depots, repair material, repair performance metrics (DRCT, RTAT, DRR, quality, scrap, rework, etc.)
• US Govt Title 10 Workload Forecasting and reporting requirements (Core and 50/50)
• Detailed planning, technical direction, cost & schedule management, cross-IPT coordination & integration, and personnel actions including appraisals, staffing & performance actions
• Coordination with other internal/external organizations such as Program Management, Contracting, Supply Chain Management (SCM), NAVAIR/COMFRC, AFMC and OEM and other third-party suppliers
• Current scope includes 136 core workload activations across F-35 and F-22 with 15+ more in-work, an extensive network USG Depot and supplier PBL component repairs, and workload planning and CDRL development/deliverables that includes OCONUS commodity repair capability

Basic Qualifications:
• Must have demonstrated experience working and interacting with senior supply and maintenance leadership within industry and Military Service Depots

• Demonstrated team leadership or project team leadership in a complex environment, including budgeting and manpower planning

• Ability to manage cost and schedule goals, identify and resolve repair activation and throughput constraints, and optimize commodity repair output across US Organic Depots and other facilities as required

• Candidate should possess a broad background in Depot repair and logistics processes and advanced interpersonal and communication skills to be effective in a high-tempo operational environment
Desired Skills:
• Prior military or civilian equivalent commodity repair & logistics experience desirable; specifically, depot maintenance experience

• Understanding of Title 10 Management and Reporting

• Demonstrated experience with Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contracts, Direct Sales Implementation Agreements (DSIA), and public-private partnerships
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
