What You Will Be Doing
As the Sr. Subcontract Manager, you will be responsible for leading subcontract management efforts to support the PAC-3 program, ensuring timely and effective resource planning, and collaborating with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers. Your responsibilities will include:
•Drive mitigation activities across the PAC-3 Program Supply Chain to support timely subcontract execution
•Manage supplier issues daily to support production and customer needs
•Lead on various projects as assigned, leveraging your expertise to drive results
•Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal/external suppliers, Program Supply Chain, and customers
•Some travel may be required to support program objectives

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or Business or related discipline from an accredited college.
•Basic understanding of the procurement processes.
•Basic SAP/MRP knowledge.
•Ability to obtain security clearance.
•Ability to travel, if required.
Desired Skills:
•Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Business related degree.
•Basic knowledge of scheduling principles and performance metrics.
•Efficient understanding of LMAP and the LM procurement process.
•Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
•Strong verbal and written communications and effective presentation skills.
•Working understanding of line of balance spreadsheets.
•Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
