Dans votre rôle, vous devrez :
- Travailler à la mise en place et aux premières phases de développement d’un développement majeur pour la famille d’avion A220. (comprenant des impacts sur le fuselage, la voilure, les systèmes embarqués ainsi que la cabine)
Mettre en place un planning intégré, permettant la coordination de toutes les activités et toutes les fonctions afin de sécuriser le chemin critique
Animer les revues programmes régulières (hebdomadaire), afin de livrer le projet en temps, en coûts et en qualité
Organiser les premières revues de maturité de ce projet, en support de prise de décisions éclairées
Travailler au sein d&39;une équipe hautement qualifiée et multidisciplinaire et interagir avec plusieurs départements d&39;Airbus Canada ainsi qu’avec Airbus en Europe pour bénéficier de leur expérience.

In your role, you will:
Contribute to the setup and early development phases of a major development for the A220 family touching potentially all aspects (Fuselage, Wing, Systems and Cabin)
Setup a Master Integrated Planning, coordinating activities from all functions to secure the critical path development of this Major Development.
Drumbeat regular program meetings (weekly governance) securing on time, on cost, and on quality progress of the Major Development.
Perform the first Maturity Gate Reviews of this Major Development, enabling robust decision making
Work in a highly skilled and multidisciplinary team and interact with multiple Airbus Canada functions and departments, as well as Airbus in Europe to benefit from their Return of Experience.
