Description: You will be the Subcontract Manager Staff for the PAC-3 Global Supply Chain (GSC) Production Program Execution Team (PET). Our team is responsible for ensuring the overall success of the PAC-3 program by managing subcontractors and driving quality, cost, and delivery performance.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Subcontract Manager Staff, you will be responsible for leading subcontract management teams and coordinating with program functions to achieve technical, cost, quality, and delivery requirements. You will work closely with the Subcontracts Operations Center to ensure program requirements are integrated into purchase orders. Your responsibilities will include:
•Lead subcontract management teams to ensure quality, cost, and delivery performance of assigned subcontractors
•Coordinate with program functions to achieve technical, cost, quality, and delivery requirements
•Work closely with the Subcontracts Operations Center to ensure program requirements are integrated into purchase orders
•Brief Lockheed Martin management on supplier performance and program status
•Collaborate with program functions to resolve issues and drive program success

•Verifiable root cause and corrective action experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
