You will be the Subcontract Program Associate manager for the Multi Domain Missile Systems Program, including M299 Launcher, JAGM, and HELLFIRE. Our team is responsible for managing supply chain professionals to ensure seamless execution of production programs, ultimately supporting the warfighter.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Program Associate manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of supply chain professionals in Orlando, FL, and driving program execution to meet production goals. You will work closely with the program senior management team to ensure supplier performance aligns with internal plans and warfighter requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing individuals through the execution of their requirements.
• Direct daily interaction with the program senior management team.
• Ensuring supplier performance meets cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
• Supporting supplier negotiations and affordability goals/requirements.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
Proficient in Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) guidelines

Thorough knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures

Experience with procurement and subcontract management of specialized materials, complex assemblies and equipment within the Defense Industry

Business acumen and ability to make business-based decisions

Demonstrated communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
Desired Skills:
Previous experience in a teaming environment

Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional IPTs and or Supplier Management Teams

Demonstrated risk management experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
