Description:The HOMAR A/Poland program is seeking a Subcontract Program Manager (SPM to be the Supply Chain Leader(s).

This position will be responsible for all cost, quality, schedule, financial and technical performance requirements of the supply chain, with areas of focus:

Managing the development of 2-3 major suppliers in Poland for transfer of technology, establishing new critical
capabilities (processes and procedures) in Poland, monitoring schedule performance, staffing, and establishment of production rate capability.

Managing existing US suppliers from the current supply chain that will be providing technology transfer and licensed production to Polish suppliers.

Selected candidate will be the leader of a team responsible for procuring & managing complexity level 3-5 suppliers. Position will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and developing talent (to include EXPATs).

Position will support the establishment of key suppliers in Poland, to include:
-implementation of the appropriate process and procedures
-driving risk management process with subcontractors
-tracking risks
-developing mitigation plans
-establishing burn down plans to limit risk realization.
- monitoring staffing plans

Significant focus on the establishment of building critical and effective relationships will be required.

Responsibilities will also include:
-program and functional reporting requirements in the various tools
-leading all supply chain elements in support of program reviews:
Independent non-advocate reviews (INAR),
Baseline review (BR),
Program Assessment Reviews (PAR)
Monthly Program Reviews (MPR)

Job will require occasional travel to key supplier or customer meetings (domestic and international).

Selected leader will build effective supplier, internal customer & reporting team relationships.
Basic Qualifications:
• Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education with a bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree

•Previous professional experience directing and managing all costs, quality, schedule, financial and technical performance requirements that are levied on the subcontractor and is required to ensure performance and support of the contract milestones of the system.

• Previous professional experience directing all phases of the subcontract from initiation of the business case for make or buy decisions through requests for proposals, subcontract management plans, negotiation strategy, cost accountability and program execution.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. It is expected that this position will require in office support greater than 50 of the time.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
