Description:This position will have responsibility for the management and execution of multiple development programs within the Submarine EW program area: Type 20 ESM Development, AN/BLQ-10 TI20/22/24/26 Development, EW Tactical Upgrade Version 2 (EWTUv2) Development, and Advance Processor Build (APB) 21 Development. Customers and partners include the PEOSUB PMS435, IWS5, MIT/LL, JHU/APL, NRL, Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC), L3-Harris and Progeny. The role will include key responsibilities:

• Functional responsibility for any program manager direct reports
• Manage the cost, schedule, and technical baselines for each development program
• Provide leadership in alignment of contractual scope with agile/iterative planning and execution where contracts merit agile planning
• Lead the programmatic aspect of technical solution problem solving
• Lead the exploitation of opportunities and the mitigation of Risks
• Lead monthly and quarterly rhythm reviews with external and internal customers and stakeholders: Monthly Coordination Meetings, Quarterly Program Reviews, Metrics Reviews, and Quarterly In-Depth Reviews
• Lead capture efforts for follow-on sole-source and competitive production efforts for Type 20, AN/BLQ-10, EWTUv2 and MMM
• Drive new business opportunities and growth into adjacent markets as well as solutions to keep sold including identifying NBF needs with supporting business cases
• Provide clear and frequent communication to the Submarine EW Sr. Program Manager, the Maritime Cyber/EW Program Director and the Spectrum Convergence VP
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience program manager with both Software and Hardware Development Programs
• Strong leadership skills; organizational leadership, P/L leadership skills
• Demonstrated business acumen to include a strong understanding of EVM
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Experience working and communicating across multiple entities (lines of businesses, business areas, etc.)
• Currently holds a final secret clearance and has the ability to obtain a top secret clearance
Desired Skills:
• Experienced managing program schedules and business rhythms
• Experience with Submarine EW product areas and customer set
• Experience with RF and Electronic Warfare products
• Experience with successfully managing multiple development programs concurrently
• Experience with Agile Dev Ops and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $146,800 - $281,400 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $168,800 - $318,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
