Summary:

Supervising and coordinating workshop activities related to maintenance planning and control, ensuring compliance with established policies and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising and coordinating workshop activities related to maintenance planning and control, ensuring compliance with the policies and processes established in the Maintenance Organization Manual (MOM) and the Quality Control Manual (MCQ).

• Ensuring the flow of communication between the Operations Board / MRO Management and the MRO team.

• Proposing and implementing improvements in the operation aimed at excellence in Quality, Time, Cost and Safety.

• Encouraging joint work with support areas and internal customers.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Engineering and/or Administration.

• Experience in aviation.

• Advanced English.

• Knowledge of RBAC 145 desirable.

Responsabilidades:

• Supervisionar e coordenar as atividades da oficina, relacionadas ao planejamento e controle da manutenção, garantindo conformidade com as políticas e processos estabelecidos no Manual da Organização de Manutenção (MOM) e no Manual do Controle da qualidade (MCQ).

• Garantir o fluxo de comunicação entre a Diretoria de Operações / Gerência MRO e a equipe de MRO.

• Fomentar o trabalho em conjunto com as áreas de apoio e clientes internos.

Requisitos:

• Formação superior em Engenharia e/ou Administração.

• Vivência na área da aviação.

• Inglês avançado.

• Desejável conhecimento no RBAC 145.
