Position Summary:

We are looking for experienced an Supervisor, Aircraft Maintenance who are seeking their next opportunity in a complex and ever-changing work environment!
Essential Functions:
- Provides supervision, guidance, and prioritization to assigned team, across multiple specialties
- Ensures that all work performed by self or those under their supervision, including subcontractors, is performed in an airworthy manner and in compliance with approved technical data and has had all maintenance steps accomplished.
- Utilizes customer package to ensure proper maintenance planning and execution, ensuring application of FAA and customer requirements.
- Supervises the maintenance, preventative maintenance, or alteration of, or approve and return to service any aircraft or part thereof.
- Coordinates communication to Leads and crew as needed which may include aircraft safety, planning, and quality.
- Validates material on order and coordinates with internal support organizations to ensure necessary product and services can be delivered when required.
- Coordinates Engineering priorities. Works with Engineering Dept to ensure responses support aircraft delivery milestones.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years’ recent commercial aircraft maintenance and/or MRO experience preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ aircraft maintenance leadership experience preferred.
- Airframe, or Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification required.
