  • ​This job is a member of the Crew Tracking Team within the Integrated Operations Division.
  • ​Responsible for supervising a team of Crew Trackers.
What youll do
  • ​Mentors and guides Crew Trackers on designated shift
  • Makes adjustments to Crew Tracking workflow as needed to meet the needs of the operation
  • Assists Sr. Manager with daily operational requirements when necessary and provide contractual support to the APA/APFA including tape request
  • Researches grievances and pay claims
  • Acts as point person on shift for problem solving Crew Tracking issues, and handling escalated phone calls
  • Assists the Sr. Manager in preparing and discussing evaluation reviews for each Crew Tracker
  • Coaches and counsels employees to correct and improve performance
  • Mitigates and resolves APA/APFA issues
  • Able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays in a 24/7 operation
  • Able to work overtime as required, sometimes with little or no advance notice

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​High School Diploma or GED equivalency
  • 2 years Crew Scheduling and SABRE/FOS experience

  • Knowledge of AA/APA/APFA contractual labor agreements
  • Ability to work in a highly stressful environment on a daily basis
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in making decisions based on information gathered/reviewed
  • Ability to be flexible and capable of adapting to constant change
  • Ability to work with all levels of management and union groups
  • Ability to learn computer applications and apply knowledge
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to manually complete duties in the event of computer outages
  • Ability to understand the 24-hour clock and worldwide time zones in daily conversations with crewmembers
  • Ability to read, understand and comprehend the pilot and FA labor agreements
