  • ​This job is a member of the Payroll Operations Team within the Finance Division.
  • Responsible for motivating, developing, and providing leadership for employees responsible for processing the Company’s payroll.
What youll do
  • ​Supervises payroll staff to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Identifies system issues relating to time received and processed
  • Provides support for audits conducted by both internal and external sources
  • Ensures accurate processing of terminations and filing of paperwork
  • Analyzes business processes, making changes as necessary to increase efficiencies, adhering to existing SOX processing maps and requirements
  • Ensures Staff members are knowledgeable on labor agreements
  • Documents and updates procedures
  • Provides communication to all levels of management as required

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • 5 years of Payroll, Accounting, or Human Resources experience
  • Experience with a large payroll system (e.g. SAP)

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​​Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or equivalent experience/training
  • 3 years of supervisory experience in a business environment

  • Ability to demonstrate excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize projects with conflicting deadlines
  • Ability to be flexible and capable of adapting to constant change
  • Must work well under tight deadlines and high stress situations
  • Ability to think critically, analyze problems, and develop creative solutions
  • Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail and well-organized
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to demonstrate an absolute commitment to customer service
