The role: Supplier Performance Manager
You will play a crucial role in nurturing strategic relationships with global and high-value suppliers, analyzing performance data, and working collaboratively with Airport Operations teams and Worldwide airport stakeholders to achieve operational and financial targets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent resilience, thrive under pressure, and effectively manage complex operational situ
What you’ll do
- Manages day to day supplier relationships, ensuring adherence to agreed standards
- Works with Airport Operations teams and IAG airports to ensure suppliers achieve operational and financial targets
- Point of contact with IAG airports, Finance and other internal stakeholders
- Reviews and supervise RFP process in conjunction with IAG airports
- Ensures robust performance auditing against contractual SLAs/KPIs, management on contracts and benchmarking of service providers

Your Experience:
- Commercially astute.
- Supplier Management experience
- Strong planning, organising, problem solving, interpersonal, analytical skills
- Able to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels
- Solve short term problems and recommend long term solutions to Lead SPM
