Description:Lockheed Martin’s Global Supply Chain team is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented problem solver to add to its Program Execution team.

As a Project Lead, it will be your responsibility to facilitate the implementation of Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) to meet high priority customer requirements.

The selected candidate will support a Mission Success program with ample opportunities for growth and new experiences. Our team operates in a dynamic, cross functional environment and strives to make all the pieces of the puzzle fit together to deliver quality products on time to our customers.

You will regularly report supply chain metrics, risks, and strategic opportunities to senior-level internal and external customers.

In addition, this position will offer the selected candidate to support high priority SCRM initiatives not only at the Program level but across the Corporation. The candidate will work regularly with a cross-functional team that includes but is not limited to Supplier Management, Cyber, Security, Systems, Engineering, etc.

This role will partner closely with Program Management and the Corporate SCRM team. As the path finder for this new initiative, the candidate will also be poised to be an advisor for other Programs and Business Area’s to assist them through successful completion of program objectives for the new Corporate initiative.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree

• Ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance

• Related professional level career experience in
Supply Chain Management

• Experience in Risk and Opportunity Management

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to adapt and translate material to various supplier, internal, and USG audiences

• Demonstrated skills in team building and leading through influence

• Knowledge of project management tools

• Excellent customer and supplier relationship skills

• Ability to be highly organized and process
focused

• Ability to prioritize workload and manage final
deliverables

• Effective at multi-tasking competing and changing priorities

• Ability to travel as required

• Requirement to be onsite at the facility > 50 of the time

• Proven project lead managing a cross-functional team and/or Subcontract Program Management experience
Desired Skills:
• Effective ability to decompose engineering derived requirements to supplier executable scope

• Experience implementing or managing Supply Chain Risk Management requirements

• Experience successfully managing logic device
suppliers

• Ability to coordinate with Cyber system architects and developers to provide oversight in the development of solutions

• Working knowledge of SAP and/or Procure to Pay (P2P)

• Working knowledge of Procurement process
including Federal Acquisition Regulations
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
