Job Description:

Tasks

In this role, youll have the opportunity to:

  • Act as the central point of contact within customer service for all supply-related events
  • Build and manage strong customer relationships, tracking open supplies and ensuring timely delivery
  • Monitor shipments and ensure they arrive on time to the required locations
  • Collaborate closely with Logistics to streamline transportation and tackle any supply chain challenges
  • Prepare and lead daily performance and status update sessions with both customers and internal teams
  • Drive continuous improvements in material supply processes, aligned with customer needs
  • Ensure seamless alignment between customer systems and LHT IT systems for accurate, up-to-date information
  • Work with IT systems like SAP, E-bat, and MAX-LRU

Requirements

The ideal Supply Performance Manager should meet the following requirements:

  • A university or technical college degree, preferably in aviation or supply chain
  • Proven experience in customer relations, material management, or supply chain, ideally in aviation
  • Background working in a multinational company
  • Strong understanding of economic principles
  • Fluent in English
  • Arabic or German is a plus
  • Excellent service orientation with strong networking skills
  • Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP R/3
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative thinking
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and stress-resilience
  • Willing to travel and familiar with the Middle East spanet
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and numerical abilities
  • Confident in taking calculated risks and embracing new challenges
  • Diligent, systematic, and a collaborative team player with a strategic mindset
