The selected candidate will serve as the Sustainment Supply Items Management representative within the F-35 Repairs Agile Cell.

This individual will be responsible for supporting day to day activities within a cross functional team to ensure successful delivery of commitments. Additionally, individual will represent the Item Management team as the voice of Supply collaborating across the Supply Operations and Logistics team to lead key initiatives to closure.

This will require a collaborative business approach working relationship with Lockheed Martin Team, Government Project Office (JSFPO), Suppliers/Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Organic Depot Repair Facilities, 3rd Party Repair Sources, Warehousing/Transportation providers and F-35 Customers. This position will require the ability to work without frequent oversight and tenacity
to accomplish assignments.

Key day to day responsibilities of the functional
team are as follows but not limited to:

- Project Management and Prioritization of
Systemic Action Items raised to the repair cell
for escalated resolution.
- Cross-functional team integration and project engineering oversight for F-35 Item
Management team Frequent Communication and Escalation of ANDON/key inhibitors to Executive Leadership Team (ELT)

A level 3 employee Typically has 5 - 10 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.

Supply Chain Management/Inventory Control experience.
Desired Skills:
- SAP experience preferred
- Greenbelt Certification and RCCA
Experience
- Understanding of How Supply Metrics (examples: MICAP Hours, GIE) Contribute to Air Vehicle Metrics (examples: MC, FMC)
- F-35 Experience
- Aircraft component repair experience - specifically as it applies to Suppliers/Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Organic Depot Repair Facilities, 3rd Party Repair Sources
- Experience with Agile processes and tools is
highly desired.
- PBL Contracting and/or Measurement Experience
- Customer Service/Customer Relationship Management Experience desired
- HAZMAT Experience is a Plus

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
