Application Requirements

• Turkish citizen or blue card holder,
• No criminal record or criminal archive record,
• Born on or after 01.01.1990,
• Bachelor’s degree of the minimum 4-year universities;
    - Engineering departments,
    - Management information systems, 
    - Statistics, statistical and computer sciences, mathematics,
    - Labor economics and industrial relations, economics, business administration, economics and finance, econometrics, finance, international finance, international trade and business administration, banking, aviation management, 
*The candidates who graduated from universities abroad are required to submit YÖK Equivalence Certificate.
• At least 4 years of working experience in any of the following roles,
• Good command of English,
*English exams will be conducted by Turkish Airlines Inc.
• Not actively working in the affiliates of Turkish Airlines Inc.,
• Not having left jobs in other organizations due to indiscipline previously,
• Not having left Turkish Airlines Inc. or its affiliates due to contract termination previously.

Required Qualifications 

• Persons who will represent our Company successfully and have a high sense of duty,
• Exhibit effective communication skills and are prone to teamwork,
• Have advanced analyzing and problem-solving skills,
• Are able to take initiative when needed,
• Have strong follow-up skills, are careful, result-oriented, and have a good command of details,
• Have strong organizational and planning skills,
• Are open to learning and want to improve themselves in this field can apply.

• Working order is the normal order, and work is done in the office (with flexible hours) on weekdays.
• Among our candidates who successfully complete all evaluation processes, those with 4-6 years of experience will be employed as "Junior Specialist" and those with 6 years of experience or more will be employed as "Specialist".
