V2X is seeking qualified personnel to provide Strategic Planning exercise support services to the United States Army Joint Modernization Command (USAJMC), Fort Bliss. These positions provide experiment exercise support to the Army and partner nations to ensure the effectiveness of training readiness of current and future operations.

Historically, the JMC program provides strategic expert analysis, planning, and assessments for Live Field Experiments (LFEs) i.e. Joint Warfighting Assessment (JWAs) and Project Convergences (PCs), and Scalable Assessments and Experiments (SAEs) exercises. In collaboration with the USAJMC Operations Office, the Contractor shall gather, analyze, and synthesize relevant training requirements identified within the Training and Doctrine Commands (TRADOC) Strategic Plan and provide recommendations for development of the USAJMC Campaign Plan (CAMPLAN) to enhance the execution of future LFE and SAE event cycles and set conditions planned for the following years LFE and SAE event cycle.

The Task Order Manager (TOM) will execute the USAJMC program at Fort Bliss, TX and other locations in the United States. The TOM will ensure the program is executed on time, on cost and per the terms of the contract and Performance Work Statement. The TOM will provide support, leadership, and oversight for an approximately a 10-person contractor team. The TOM must have strong interpersonal and administrative skills coupled with expert experience within the experiment community. The TOM is also the Senior Communications Planner and interfaces daily with the on-site USA JMC staff. The TOM participates in meetings and conferences as directed by the government customer. The TOM works independently and reports to the Defense Training Director in Orlando, FL.

Qualifications:

Two years' experience integrating a Joint, Live, Virtual and Constructive federation that includes Coalition and Joint Forces
Five years' experience in Brigade level and higher Joint exercise planning
Bachelor's degree
Works extended and irregular hours, to include weekends, during periods of rotational experiment exercise support
