Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 5+ years of experience working in a high volume manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisor/managerial position overseeing daily operations and people management.
• Proven project management experience in manufacturing or production.
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and lifecycle gate management.
• Strong change management and leadership skills.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication.
• Collaborative with engineering and production teams.
• Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations and/or program requirements.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
• Leadership experience in manufacturing or engineering.
• Self-motivated to meet and exceed performance metrics.
• Ability to work with various stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, engage, train, and develop direct reports.
• Effective communicator and influential team member.
Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing and/or a related field.
• Understanding of NPI to include the Life-Cycle Gate process.
• GKN experience.
• Preferred Aviation repair experience.
• Strong team performance with adherence to standardized work and kaizen implementation.
• Experience with a Lean Operating Model/Production System.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification from a reputable certifying body or benchmark company.

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is between $85,153 - $106,441.
