Key Responsibilities:

The Technical Portfolio Project main responsibility is to lead all aspects of multiple projects within a portfolio, ensuring their alignment with the departments strategic objectives. This entails close collaboration with collaborators and senior leadership to prioritize projects, manage resources, and secure the successful delivery of project outcomes. The role demands strong leadership, organizational adeptness, and the ability to navigate intricate project environments.

As a Technical Portfolio Project Manager with expertise in these tools, you’ll play a pivotal role in bridging technical capabilities with strategic project execution. Your leadership will drive the adoption of modern messaging platforms and CI/CD solutions, ensuring optimized workflows and impactful outcomes. Join us to lead ground-breaking initiatives, where your technical acumen and project management skills will contribute directly to redefining the future of travel technology.

  • Work with senior leadership to define portfolio strategy and ensure it aligns with the departments objectives
  • Evaluate portfolio and provide recommendations on areas for improvement in project and financial management, core support, and release management.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, handle risks, and optimize prioritization.
  • Allocation of resources efficiently across the portfolio, identify resource bottlenecks, and propose solutions to maintain project timelines.
  • Supervise financial performance across the projects, ensuring cost control. Report on Financial indicators and adjust plans to achieve the financial targets.
  • Establish and maintain governance structures for portfolio management for the department

QualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
  • Bachelors degree
  • 4+ years of related technical Project/Program management experience
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile
  • Strong leadership and effective interpersonal abilities
  • Risk management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence and lead multi-functional teams
  • Financial competence and experience managing budgets
  • Ability to thrive in project environments that often start with uncertain requirements or outcomes
  • Ability to put definition and structure around problems and projects
  • Outstanding writing, communication and presentation skills
  • Must be a team focused individual
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Masters degree
  • Proven proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Solace, DynaTrace, and Harness
  • Project Management (PMI) Certification (Preferred)
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Preferred)

The base pay range for this role is $99,750.00 to $135,960.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
