Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Project Management & Planning Operations role with the Skunk Works team. In this role, working with the Virtual Integration Program Manager, you will:

Define all aspects of our Virtual Testing & Modelling architecture

Define and drive our Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) driven engineering validation integration

Deploy all aspects of our customer modelling / simulation environment

Perform project management tasks, utilizing program tools such as JIRA and Confluence

Assist the program manager in tracking program performance metrics

Take on additional duties as assigned

The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of MBSE and virtual environments,
Project management, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)

Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline

Project management

Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including briefing leadership

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)

Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Desired Skills:
Strong communication skills.

Experience with and/or knowledge of proposal development and transition from proposal to task execution.

Systems Engineering Experience.

MBSE and virtual environments.

Integrated Design knowledge.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
