An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Transformation Lead to join the team with a leading Defence Client at their site in Barrow In Furness, this is a hybrid role with onsite attendance expectations being 2 days per week.
Job Description for Transformation Lead
Experience or organisational change, continuous improvement, lean engineering.
Qualifications in; Lean Six Sigma (strongly preferred), bachelor’s degree or up to 10 years’ experience to cover (strongly preferred)

Core duties for Transformation Lead
Lead coordination of the organisation transformation team
Looking at current processes and capabilities and making us more efficient (better use of applications etc)
Pull a transformation improvement plan together
Driving change to make the team more efficient
Looking for someone with experience in a highly regulated background (nuclear sector ideal)
Knowledge for Transformation Lead
Lean Six Sigma, STEM background degree, highly regulated industry background, training and capability management
Skills for Transformation Lead
SAP usage, Microsoft office
Recognising the restricted nature of the work there is a requirement for the candidate to be eligible to obtain Security Clearance for this role.
