Position Summary
MAG Aerospace is hiring for a UH-60 Aircraft Components Repair Supervisor (ACRS) to support a contract we are bidding on concerning a US Army’s Security Assistance Training Management Organization (USA-SATMO) training team’s support to the Lithuanian Air Force (LTU AF).
The overall team will be comprised of both Pilots and Maintenance subject matter experts with a tentative timeline for action on this program of mid-May 2025 with multiple option years to follow on.
The work location is primarily at Siauliai Airbase, with potential alternate Lithuanian locations.
All Infrastructure concerning living (apartment, cars, flights etc) will be provided by MAG Aerospace and is currently being developed
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Conduct training (including classroom academics and hands-on demonstration) of LTU AF maintenance personnel with focus on the skills of a U.S. Army 15K Aircraft Components Repair Supervisor.
- ACRS present their Knowledge duties performed by U.S. Army personnel in the following U.S MOS categories 15B, 15D, 15G, OR 15H.
- Conduct training (including classroom academics, hands-on demonstration and over the shoulder) of LTU AF personnel duties such as planning aircraft maintenance areas, component and avionics repair shops as well as parts and facilities requirements while maintaining supply and economy discipline.
- Instruct and supervise LTU AF personnel maintenance, repairs and inspections of aircraft components and other systems according to drawings, blueprints, directives, technical manuals, and safety procedures.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Certifications/Qualifications/Experience:
- Served in the U.S. Military.
- Must have Ten (10) years of experience of overall experience supervising helicopter maintenance programs.
- Must have, at least, Five (5) years of experience performing or supervising UH-60 maintenance requiring the skills of one of the following: 15B or 15D or 15G or 15H.
- Must have at least one two (2) years of experience as an UH-60M Technical Inspector.
- Must have at least one two (2) years of Standardization Instructor (SI) Aircraft Crewmember Experience
Education:
- Qualified in one of the following US Army Aviation Maintenance MOS’s: 15B or 15D or 15G or 15H.
Security Clearance:
- Secret clearance (able to obtain a secret clearance)
Other Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizen
- Must possess or be capable of obtaining a U.S. Passport.
- Must possess or be capable of obtaining a Lithuanian Visa.
Must provide proof of the following:
- Military Service, (DD Form 214).
- Possible other service / UH60M maintenance related certifications

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $200,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAGs total compensation package for employees.
