As the Vice President of Food and Beverage Design, you will strategically lead the design process and development for all Emirates Onboard culinary experiences, ensuring excellence from conception to execution. Your responsibilities include defining, planning, designing, and executing high-quality food and beverage experiences, with a focus on delivering world-class hospitality. You will establish culinary standards, including meal profiles, scheduling rules, branding, and meal planning, to uphold the highest level of quality. Additionally, you will continuously evaluate, analyze, and optimize menus and F&B concepts to enhance performance.
Job Outline:
- Lead the conceptualization of F&B menus for various flight routes, based on demographics, considering, seasonal preferences, and culinary trends, meeting the highest culinary standard & 7 stars, throughout the Emirates network.
- Collaborate with culinary partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to develop innovative, highest quality F&B concepts for our inflight dining experience. Collaborate with all parties involved, both internal and external, in the design, definition and development process focusing on brand and customer experience requirements.
- Evaluate, and establish partnerships with F&B suppliers in cooperation with Procurement & Logistics, ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and variety in inflight offerings. Collaborate with Catering Operations team to manage Catering relationships this includes all services provided are in line with Emirates Airlines food safety, Halal to ensure operationalisation and compliance
- Define and uphold a consistent standard of quality, creativity, innovation, and passenger-centricity across all culinary product categories to ensure a cohesive and memorable inflight dining experience. Collaborate with Catering Operations, Logistics and Food Safety.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality, and sustainability standards in all aspects of culinary product design.
- Leverage data-driven insights, Cabin Crew feedback, Mystery Shoppers, and passenger feedback to refine and optimize the inflight dining product offerings, enhancing passenger satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue generation opportunities and always keep up to date with competitors and research global trends and present key findings whilst maintaining an elevated level of knowledge of Company policies and procedures, regulations, and Operations Specifications.
