Job Description:
STS Aviation Services is rapidly growing and seeking a Workshop Manager to join our team in Dubai. If you’re looking to make a real impact within a dynamic and fast-growing aviation MRO, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:

Manage technicians and supervisors performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs on aircraft components under the Cabin Refresh program.
Ensure all work adheres to the highest standards and meets GCAA Part 145 compliance.
Oversee tooling and facility availability, ensuring smooth operations.
Lead initial aircraft walkthroughs and inspections in collaboration with customers.
Ensure timely project completion and manage manpower to meet deadlines.
Provide leadership and training to ensure continuous development of your team.
Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and ensure all safety and security procedures are followed.

Skills & Experience:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 10+ years in aircraft maintenance, with a strong focus on GCAA Part 145 operations.
Proven leadership experience with strong problem-solving skills.
Experience with aviation regulations (EASA, GCAA).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
