Your mission
Lead with distinction:
- Supervise a team up to 20 talented workshop technicians to achieve the day to day execution of cabin removal and re-installation activities during maintenance.
- Conduct assessment dialogues and foster enhancement of the team’s knowledge and skill sets.
Drive project success:
- Plan and monitor the work progress, prepare quotations for additional work requests via the maintenance team and the Project Manager, and support the sales and quotation teams when needed.
- Ensure the jobs are performed in accordance with the relevant documentation, and maintain accurate records on the files related to budget, schedule, and manpower.
- Allocate manpower and provisioning appropriately, within the defined schedule and budget, and assign multiple projects to the appropriate Team Leaders.

Ensure safety first:
- Implement corrective actions from audits and ensure continuous improvement through 5S actions and controls.
- Uphold safety and security of the shop and the team assigned to it, including organization, protection, and cleanliness of the team area.
Foster communication & collaboration:
- Liaise with internal stakeholders on escalation items, large RMU upgrade modifications, product development, and prototyping.
- Cascade company and department communications effectively and address feedback or issues promptly.
- Demonstrate strong communication and coaching skills to motivate and guide the team.
- Support the Aircraft Manager Maintenance with capacity and scope planning and deputize when needed.

Your profile
- Demonstrated leadership skills (including coaching & conflict management, with the ability to lead 15-20 people.
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management, including budget, schedules and KPI control.
- Professional experience in aviation industry with a deep understanding of regulatory processes.
- Advanced knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance documentations
- Good English skills, any other language is a plus.
- Proactive, forward thinking, and self-motivated team player.
